What is Cyber bullying?

Cyber bullying is using electronics to tease, harass, and hurt others online. For example, sending a mean or threatening e-mail, IM, or text, or creating a website dedicated to making fun of another person, is cyber bullying. It is rude and hurtful to cyber bully, and it scars the victim forever. Some victims of cyber bullying end up committing suicide because they are so hurt by the messages they are receiving.
